Mr. Kronfeld is a founder of JK&B Capital, a software, information technology, and communications focused venture capital firm. Prior to JK&B, Mr. Kronfeld was a General Partner at Boston Capital Ventures where he focused on investments in telecommunications and software companies. Before joining Boston Capital Ventures, Mr. Kronfeld was Vice President of Acquisitions and Venture Investments with Ameritech.
Early in his career, Mr. Kronfeld was a Senior Manager at Booz Allen & Hamilton and a Systems Analyst at Electronic Data Systems. Mr. Kronfeld earned Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, a Master of Science in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.
Mr. Kronfeld joined the Board in 2010. He brings over 30 years of experience as a venture capital investor and telecommunications industry executive. His finance and strategy expertise are invaluable. He is a member of the Compensation and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
He currently also serves on the board of directors of NeuLion, Inc. Additionally, he has served on over 30 private company and 4 public company boards during the course of his career.
